With nearly three decades of executive leadership experience in managed care, Leon brings an extensive background in strategic growth, provider partnerships, and value-based care initiatives. Throughout his career, he has helped some of the nation’s largest publicly traded healthcare organizations expand provider networks, foster high-impact strategic partnerships, and improve care delivery across Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial markets.
As President and Chief Strategy Officer, Leon will lead PNS’s strategic vision and enterprise growth initiatives, strengthening relationships with providers, health plans, and strategic partners while identifying opportunities to broaden PNS’s impact and market presence. His leadership will help accelerate the organization’s growth across Florida, Texas, Puerto Rico, and future markets, reinforcing PNS’s commitment to delivering innovative, value-driven healthcare solutions at scale.

He earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare from Florida International University, where he further developed the collaborative, innovative, and strategic leadership principles that continue to guide his work.
