PR Newswire
ATLANTA, Oct. 14, 2026
Veteran leader will guide marketing, advertising, and communications as the company expands its presence in talent, consulting, and AI.
ATLANTA, Oct. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Insight Global announced today the appointment of Tim Stutz as its first-ever Chief Marketing Officer, bringing together the company’s marketing, advertising, and communications efforts under one leader as the business continues to expand beyond its staffing roots.

The announcement comes at a pivotal time for Insight Global, which has evolved into a talent, consulting, and AI company. As its capabilities grow, the company is investing in how it tells its story.
Stutz brings more than 23 years of experience at Insight Global, where he has held leadership roles across sales and operations, helping lead the company through periods of significant growth. Having spent more than two decades building the business alongside its people, he brings a deep understanding of the culture and values that have shaped Insight Global and will continue to guide its future.
“Tim knows Insight Global better than almost anyone. He started on the frontlines, grew into a leader across nearly every part of our business, and has helped shaped the company we are today,” said Bert Bean, CEO. “There is no one I trust more to help tell our story and show the world what makes Insight Global special.”
Throughout his career, Stutz has been a champion of Insight Global’s purpose: to develop its people personally, professionally and financially so they can “be the light” to the world around them. In January 2020, he established the company’s first-ever global philanthropic partnership with OneWorld Health to expand access to quality, sustainable healthcare in underserved communities in East Africa and Central America. Since then, Insight Global has invested $8.1 million in the partnership, supporting 10 clinics across Uganda, Nicaragua, and Honduras that have served more than 345,000 patients and helped create 1,839 jobs. The partnership has also brought Insight Global employees into that work firsthand, with more than 400 employees participating in international service trips to support the mission.
Now, Stutz serves as the Executive Sponsor of Insight Global’s broader philanthropy strategy, driving the company’s work across its multiple philanthropic partners, including the Insight Global Family Foundation which just awarded its 1,000th grant to support employees and consultants facing acute, financial hardships.
In his new role, Stutz’s focus will lead efforts to strengthen awareness of Insight Global’s expanding capabilities while ensuring the company’s brand stays grounded in what has always set it apart: its people. As Insight Global takes on new challenges for customers through talent, consulting, and AI, the company will continue to build on the belief that with the right people, anything is possible.
